Acknowledgement of risk:
The rider and accompanying persons/caregivers acknowledge that motorcycle riding can result in serious harm, including death to riders and onlookers, and the persons that are attending this event are doing so entirely at their own risk.
Machine malfunction, other riders, rider fatigue/error and all sorts of obstacles both on and off the track can pose serious danger, just to name a few examples.
Broxy reserves the right to refuse any individual further participation of a session if they are showing themselves to be a risk to themselves and/or others.
