Some answers to the questions we get asked the most about our coaching.

Do I have to have my own group?

No, you don’t. We can organise riders based on age, bike size or skill level.

Do I need my own bike?

Yes, you do. Unfortunately, we cannot provide bikes for coaching. We understand that some people would like to try a bike out first before investing, but we are not in a position to be able to provide bikes.

Can we hire bikes from you?

Unfortunately no.

What safety gear do I need?

At least a helmet and boots (minimum gumboots). Extra protective gear such as neck brace, body armour etc would also be good but not necessary.

How long are the coaching sessions?

Typically 2.5 hours including breaks.

When and how do we pay?

One week before your coaching session we send out an email with all the details you need including payment options. Payment can be made via internet banking, or cash/cheque on the day of coaching. Failure to pay on the day will result in no coaching session.

What is the difference between a camp and a bootcamp?

A camp is typically for kids, larger numbers (anywhere up to 40 riders), lots of fun and playtime, less 1 on 1 time. A bootcamp is more intense and focussed, any age and limited to around 8 riders.
